Level Up Entertainment will be open again on June 29th 2020, we will be taking precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers and please ask that you read this article fully and thoroughly before entering our store.
New Store Hours
Monday - Saturday: 11 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm
New Store Rules
These rules will be posted at the front of the store and at key areas around the store and we ask that they be followed at all times. We have the right to refuse service if we feel you are in any way not following these rules and endangering our employees and customers.
Wear a mask - A mask must be worn over your mouth and nose at all times while within the store. This is for the safety of others around you, a mask helps prevent others getting sick if you are an asymptomatic carrier.
6 ft social distancing - We ask that while in the store you keep a 6 ft distance between yourself and employees and other customers. We will have markings as our register that will keep customers who are ringing out a safe 6 ft apart, please use them.
Limit 10 people - As per state conditions, we must have the store at half capacity so we ask that no more then 10 people be in the store at a time. We may ask that customers leave or stay outside for a while before entering to keep this limit. To this end try to shop at our store with as few family members as possible, it will help most customers be in the store at a time.
If sick, please stay home - If you feel you in anyway may have symptoms of a disease or just generally unwell we please urge you to stay home. You can browse items in the store at ShopLevelUp.com and we can have them shipped to you, or held at the store until a time where you are well.
