UPDATE 3/17: Due to Governor Murphy’s decree our mall, and thus us, will be closed temporarily. We will update when we are opening back up but for now you can still purchase items on our web store but expect some delays with them getting shipped.
UPDATE 3/16: Due to the curfew Governor Murphy enacted we will be changing our hours starting immediately. Our new hours will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m Monday - Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
We are also not accepting any more trade in's at this time as the virus can stay alive on surfaces for up to 72 hours.
We will update everybody again if/when the situation changes.

3/12/20: We're making this post to give everybody an update about Level Up's plans for the COVID-19 pandemic, but first thing's first: we hope you and your families are in good health and that you are all staying safe during this uncertain time.
What We're Doing
Due to the seriousness of the situation, we are taking several steps to protect the health of our employees and customers. Every day we are disinfecting our counters, pinball machines and all other surfaces customers come in contact within our store. All employees have access to hand soap and sanitizer and have been instructed to use them between each customer interaction. We have talked to our employees about staying home when sick and are working with them to make sure taking the time off isn't an undue financial burden.
As our products come from many different places and we are trying our best to stay in constant contact with all of our distributors to see what their plans are for any disruptions so we can be prepared as much as possible. If we see delays in any of our products we will be sure to communicate updates to you all.
Here's how you can help!
If you are not feeling well please stay home! We don't want our staff or customers to get sick either. You can shop our entire inventory online at ShopLevelUp.com, so if you are sick, stuck at home, choose not to leave your house, or just bored and want some reading material or a new toy to play with, we can definitely ship to you. (FYI free shipping on orders $30 and over!)
For our pull customers, we can ship your comics to you - please either send us an email, contact us on social media, or call us and we can get you set up for comic deliveries.
What Now?
As for the store, we are open and will stay open for the foreseeable future, as long as it is safe to do so. If the township, state, or mall asks for us to close for safety reasons we will. As our events go we are hopeful that we will be able to still put them on whether on time or on a new date. That having been said, we will stay in contact with you all via e-mail and social media throughout the situation. We will also continue to ship web orders as long as that remains an option.
