Halloween Comicfest 2014 Costume Contest Rules

How to Enter:

Attend Halloween Comicfest at Level Up Entertainment on October 25th in costume between 10 am and 5 pm, fill out an official form, and have your picture taken by an official Level Up Staff member. No purchase necessary. Costumes must be appropriate for public wear.

How to Win:

There will be prizes given out in multiple categories:

• Best Male Costume

• Best Female Costume

• Best Halloween Themed Costume

• Most Creative Costume

• Best Child Costume (ages 12 and under)

• Best Child Group Costume

• Best Group Costume

The winners for Male, Female, Child, and Group will be decided by Level Up and Farpoint staff members at the end of the day. Winners will be announced the following day (Sunday, October 26th). Prizes will be available for pick-up on Sunday, October 26th. We will make three attempts to contact each winner. After the third attempt we will choose another winner. Please make sure to include the correct contact information on your entry form.

Prizes:

$25 Level Up Entertainment gift certificate (one per category).

Disclaimer:

In order to be eligible for prizes, you must agree to have your photo taken by a Level Up staff member. This picture will be posted on Level Up’s social media sites and will be used in future promotional materials. If you do not agree to have your photo taken you will be unable to claim a prize. Children under 18 must have parental permission to participate in the contest.

Please be aware that any costumes that include realistic weaponry may be confiscated by security. Please ensure that any weapons are visibly marked as non-functioning (i.e. orange tips on guns, foam swords, etc.). Level Up Entertainment and Farpoint Toys are not responsible for any confiscated, lost, or damaged props or costumes.
