Interested in becoming a vendor or exhibitor at this year's Free Comic Book Day? We're looking for the area's best artists, writers, creators, and organizations to be a part of an event that attracted over 4,000 attendees last year! And now signing up has never been easier!

Spaces are limited and will fill up fast.

Just fill out the form below and we will contact you with confirmation pending approval. Please read the guidelines carefully, as failure to follow them may lead to your application being rejected.

All tables must be approved by mall management and therefore there will be a delay between application submission and approval.

All vendors and exhibitors must be registered by April 15th.

Exhibitor Table Rules & Guidelines

 

Thank you for participating in this year’s Free Comic Book Day event! We hope that the day is as successful for you as it is has been for us! Below you will find all of the necessary information regarding your tables for the event. If you should have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, phone, or in person. Please read this guide carefully. Failure to adhere to this guide may result in the loss of your table for the duration of the event.

 

Setup & Breakdown Times:

  • Setup: 8 am - 10 am

  • Breakdown: 5 pm - 6 pm

Provided Materials:

  • Number of tables purchased (8’ wide), with approximately 6’ behind each

  • 2 Chairs (unless otherwise requested)

  • 1 tablecloth per table

Not provided:

  • Signs

  • Sign holders

  • Easels

  • Payment equipment (i.e. registers, cash boxes, change, etc)

Recommended Materials:

  • Cash box

  • Change for cash transactions

  • Signage (posters, vertical banners, etc)

  • Receipt book

  • Shelving (NOTE: Shelving and displays may not exceed 6' tall)

Signage Guidelines

NO HAND WRITTEN SIGNS!

For 4’ spaces:

Front sign - 3’ wide x 2’ high max

Table top signs - variable, can not block or interfere with other guests

Banners (behind table) - 3’ wide x 6’ high max

Per 8’ table:

Front sign - 6’ wide x 2’ high max

Table top signs - variable, can not block or interfere with other guests

Banners (behind table) - 6’ wide x 6’ high max

 

Product Guidelines
Offensive/Questionable Items - Items that are visibly displayed must not be overly violent or sexual. Nudity or extremely violent material is prohibited. Any item depicting violence or hate against a particular racial, ethnic, or sexual group is prohibited. If you have any items that might not meet these requirements, please submit them for approval before displaying them at your table. If any objectionable items are on display you will be asked to remove them immediately. It is up to the opinion and views of representatives of Level Up Entertainment and the Hamilton Mall to decide what is or is not offensive.

Potentially Harmful Items - No weapons/bladed items (bladed, edged, projectile, et al) may be sold. For example: swords/daggers/axes/letter openers (sharpened or not) etc., pump/paintball/pellet/BB guns (working or not), etc. are prohibited. The exception to this rule would be NERF style harmless foam or play/novelty items. In addition, no chemicals, alcohol, or flammable liquids may be sold. If you have any items that might not meet these requirements, please submit them for approval before displaying them at your table. If any questionable item is on display you will be asked to remove it immediately. It is up to the opinion and views of representatives of Level Up Entertainment and the Hamilton Mall to decide what is or is not potentially harmful.

Other Restrictions - No video games, video game systems, or video game accessories are permitted to be sold at the show. 

Artwork Guidelines

Copyright/Plagiarism - All artwork must be original. While copyrighted characters are allowed, the artwork must be an original creation (i.e. fan art is allowed). Copying of any pre-existing work is prohibited. We will request the removal of any plagiarized works. If the offending work is not removed after three warnings, your spot will be revoked and you will be asked to leave immediately. If you are selling artwork that is not your own (i.e. promoting a comic for a friend or selling art on their behalf) please make sure that you have permission from the original artist/creator.

Conduct Guidelines

Vendors and exhibitors are not permitted to set up or promote their products beyond the area provided for them. Any behavior that disrupts other vendors will not be permitted and may result in the loss of your space for the duration of the event, i.e. loud music, shouting, harassing, offensive language, etc.

Level Up Entertainment and the Hamilton Mall are not responsible for any unattended tables, items, or valuables. By participating in this event you agree to be photographed and recorded. Your likeness, business name, and products may appear in potential future advertising including but not limited to photographs, video, and print.

Creators & Exhibitors

$100 per table

$50 per 1/2 table

Includes 2 chairs & table cloth. Additional chairs are available for $5 each.
